A Poetry Contest for Central Florida High School Students
As part of a Rollins College event, “A Poetry Conversation with Billy Collins,” high school English teachers (including honors, gifted, AP, and IB) are encouraged to select high school students to submit poems for review. All poems will be judged by two-time U.S. Poet Laureate and Winter Park Institute Senior Distinguished Fellow Billy Collins.
Orlando Science High School is holding a Mock AP Test from February 19th- 21st. The test is meant to simulate the real AP test they will be taking in May and help them get accustomed to such a lengthy, high-performance test.
Dear Parents and Students,
Orlando Science School is organizing a special event for the 8th grade. A high school presentation night will be held on February 12th starting with a dinner at 5:30 pm followed by a presentation at 6:00 pm!! Parents and students will learn about all the exciting academic and social activities that await them at Orlando Science High School. Parents of OSS 8th grade students are cordially invited to share in a dinner of goals and high school career planning.
