Article OSS Attends Relay for LifeOn Friday, April 27, 2018, the National Junior and National Honor Society students participated in the Relay for Life event held at Edgewater High School. Over seventy students participated in the event and Orlando Science team raised over $2,000 for this worthy cause.

At the event, students were in charge of decorating our sites, participating in different themed laps, running game booths, solving challenging puzzles, and selling different types of concessions. Other fundraising activities included a middle school dance, Teacher appreciation cupcake sales, pancake breakfast, dress down week, Kona Ice, and soda grams. Thank you to all students, staff, and parents who participated in these events and helped our Relay for Life team reach our fundraising goal. We are so proud of all of the students who took part in this event and we thank them for all of their hard work. We look forward to next year’s Relay for Life event.
